Reset your password

If you forgot the password, Pai can send a link or a code. You choose a new password. The old one stops working.

1. Step 1 of 3

   Tap Forgot password?

   Type the email or phone on the account.

2. Step 2 of 3

   Open the note

   Email accounts get one big button. Phone accounts get a text code when texting is turned on. Until then, a phone account with an email uses that email.

3. Step 3 of 3

   If nothing arrives

   Check spam. Wait an hour before asking again. If the account has no email and texting is off, email paidigitalstore@gmail.com.
